I will never step foot in this facility again. I had an appt for a simple 20K maint. check. Even though I arrived early and had an appt, I was told it would take 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. After several bad experiences and being there approx. 2 hrs, I was told it would be another 25 mins (that was the second time I was told it would be another 25 mins). Shady. Battery thieves. Don’t trust this place. A family member of mine had their battery swapped out for an older one that wasn’t even the same brand and all they went in for was an oil change... shit service. I’d never trust this place again.
I bought my car here and just had my first service. Both experiences were excellent. The customer service in both departments was very good. I love my new Toyota Corolla IM.
Excellent Service Center!! They are friendly, helpful, and explain everything in detail.
