Got ripped off. Went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation that was supposed to be covered by my warranty. They said it wasn’t so I paid out of pocket. They then said I needed additional services, not covered by warranty, that I didn’t actually need. I ended up paying $400 out of pocket. They have great service and so friendly.
We own 7 Toyotas currently and love the service Justin provides us every time! He goes above and beyond without asking. We have owned Toyotas for over 30 years and by far Justin has been the best Service Rep. Ty Justin for always taking care of the family and myself!
