RecommendedSo Tracy Toyota has gotten some bad press regarding service dept and treating of employees.... Even I wasn't too keen about going there but they were the only one in the area that had the car that I wanted. However my sales experience although long, as most are was seem-less. Deepak and Tina took care of us and Listened to our needs and really helped us to get the car we wanted . Great experience with these 2.

The worst dealership ever customer service is horrible I went there to trade in my car and before we sign the paperwork they told me they will take care of some issues on it and I took it back today stay there for more than 2 hours and did nothing on the car they try to fool me and get away with it so I decided to take my old car back and my car they replaced one of the tires and left it like that and the car it’s shaking like crazy going left and right I try to call them back the manger (FAROK) that’s his name he supposed t... read more
Had a great experience and recommend Tracy Toyota. Samantha and Daniel went above and beyond, weren’t pushy at all and very hospitable/patient and worked quickly to get us in and out before our 3 year old had a meltdown! I also got much more for my trade in than expected and they worked really hard to get the right price for our budget. Go see Samantha and Daniel!

Came in for an oil change at 3 pm. At 505 they finally took my truck in. For a simple oil change. I will never recommend this place. Glad I didn’t need any real work done

Khalil and Ramen were amazing!! Khalil worked with me and helped to ensure that I drove away with the car I wanted. Ramen broke down all the numbers for me and also all the bonuses I got!! Both guys showed great hospitality and also a fun sense of humor that made our visit inviting and welcoming. Everyone was professional and courteous! I will definitely recommend and be back when my other half decides he’s ready to buy! Thank you again Khalil and Ramen!! I love my Camry!
