I had an appointment to get my recalled airbag done. Drop off at 7:30am, they told me what parts needed to be changed and said someone would call me about another issue I had. The whole day goes by without a call. I get thru to them at 3:30 and they tell me it should be done in about 30 and someone would call when done. It's now 5:15 I go in cause no one called of course. Everyone very kind and helpful!!! They answered all my questions and went far and beyond to make us feel good and to provide their best service. I’m very grateful for their service and for being kind and respectful. Sales man and manager as well as other staff were very nice to us. Great customer service!!

This is the 9th vehicle we’ve leased from Tracy Toyota in 17 years for our family. The staff is super genuine & nice. Kip goes above & beyond to work with us & gives us exactly what we want in a car. We tried to do some compare shopping in the beginning but that was always a waste of our time because Tracy Toyota always came out on top. When our leases are up we just call Kip & have a new car within days if they don’t have it in stock:)
