I don't understand how this dealership is still going. They have horrible sales customer service, they don’t returned your call, that should be a sign but I still give them a chance and came in to buy a car from them cash and doesn't involve financing, but it still took me 4 hours waiting to sign the paperwork. WTH, what's wrong with great customer service and treat customer like the old days. If you're looking to buy, don't bother to come here unless you have a whole day to be wasted. This place sucks big time.

Trying to rip us off on payments that we could afford. Don’t try to us of what we want.
The quality of service feels more on the lines of them being scam artist in the service dept... Very bad communication
The service department is horrible I was there today and they were so unfriendly even the guy in the parts department. They were not helpful at all.
Great place to purchase a Vehicle. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the Toyota brand. Have purchased several vehicle from here, and refer all my friends and family that's may be looking for a car.
