Ronny you really need to work on your maintenance department Nader really helped me out a lot but they did supposedly did an oil change on my husband's truck when they lied over the phone and didn't do it I had to come and pick up the truck and do it then I brought my car in on a Saturday for its first service and they didn't turn off the maintenance light forgot to turn off the service light so somebody had to come out to the house and it just so happened to be the same person that lied to my husband about his oil changed o... read more
I had my 2013 Prius in for routine service at Tracy Toyota and just mentioned that my car had a really slight musty smell when I started my air conditioning. They checked my a/c and saw nothing was wrong and they added a deodorizer for me free of charge!
