Tom Cossari is a great guy to work with! Tom is knowledgeable and very helpful. This is our fourth car with Tom at Toyota of Turnersville. Always excellent customer service & they do their best to make it a smooth and timely process. I definitely recommend.
Sales person was okay, but less than enthusiastic and had to fight to get the price to be what online said - because they decided to add $2000 in extra fees. They also left me in the unknown about my tags and just said "we will contact you when they come in" - nothing about timing. Ended up leaving with a car I am so far happy with, but not sure if I would buy again from here.
I won't buy a car today from Turnersville Toyota and let me tell you why. First of all it's Sunday and there closed. Second of all I just bought a Sienna XLE last week and I love it. Great dealership great car. Thanks Nick!
Horrible customer service been calling for 2 days about an app I put in and all I get is that they are working on it and a lot of the salesman there don't seem to know what they are doing horrible experience when I went there!!!
I contacted Lamarr Milton because I am in search of 2 pick up trucks. He has been BEYOND helpful thus far and is keeping me in the loop when new inventory arrives. He's helpful and sincere, we will be sealing the deal soon!!! Ask for him your won't be disappointed!

This place is simply the best place to buy a Toyota. If you want a transparent deal with no BS, give these guys a try! I bought my Venza here and go the distance to get it serviced here too.
If you go here the salesman you want is bond, chris bond. He's not like every other salesman at a dealer, he doesn't just try to shove you in a car and push you out. He will actually help you find what you want for the best deal. Great guy
