They have blown through every single deadline /delivery estimate by weeks. This job was a 3 day job. We are 6 weeks waiting for the vehicle. No calls, no callbacks. Tried to claim couldn't get parts. I, the owner, can get parts, but not the shop? Apparently they discovered after 3 weeks parts were not ordered. Gave me a rental on their dime for 3 weeks. My husband and I went in to look at a vehicle at Nye on Farrier Ave. Oneida. We worked with Daniel Bennett and his financing team. Dan was very professional and we walked out of there with the vehicle we wanted the next day all ready to go! Everything was smooth and made it so easy for us! Great experience! Purchased 2021 Tacoma. Tony Divino was recommended by a family member who works in another major dealership in Utah. The salespeople Rich and Brad were wonderful and easy to work with. Rich made himself easily accessible and very helpful. About a week later I needed a couple of parts and Kevin was very accommodating and easy to work with. Would strongly recommend to anyone looking for Toyota. Thank you, guys! Constantine Rodin
Stay Away!! Service costs are 3-4 times higher than virtually anywhere. For example, charged over $800 to replace plugs. A simple maintenance that should have only cost $200-400 (with 400 being too high). Also cagey about informing customers of the cost beforehand. Will never use again.
Lost ALL faith in Lakeland Toyota. I feel completely taken advantage of and they almost took $1600.00 from me. Dropped my teenage son’s truck off to fix the rear differential. When we picked the truck back up, it had virtually no brakes, completely put my son’s life at risk. I told them it felt like they didn’t bleed the brakes properly. If i could give Priority Toyota Hampton -10 stars i would. This dealership is the worst place to do business. My wife and I traded our cars in and they were supposed to pay off both of them. This was 4/14/2021 and its now 5/11/2021 and they have not paid off our vehicles and after contacting honda because both of our accounts are past due they also didn’t obtain the correct pay off amount so Toyota told us “that’s not our problem, and we have to pay it” Every time i call or go into the store i get told something different a... read more

This dealership "tacks on" a $3.99 "shop fee" on ALL auto services they provide. I went in for a website special for a full synthetic oil change for $39.99, with NO mention of an additional $3.99 "shop fee!" (not even in the fine print -- false advertisement!!). That is like a restaurant charging an additional "kitchen fee" on each meal, or maybe if Walmart were to charge a "parking fee" to visit their store. Are you serious?
