Terrible communication
Warranty department! I bought a brand new RAV4 TRD with a two-year manufacture warranty and when I took my car into my mechanic, after two years of being serviced by Tony Divino, he showed me my oil pan had been leaking! Should have been covered under warranty, had Tony Divino been doing their job! I have sent probably 5 emails to various people at Lakeland Toyota. 5 times per person. I have not recieved a single response. Such customer service for someone who just purchased a $24,000 car. We just purchased a new Ford F-150 from Nye Ford in Oneida, NY, with the help of Jeff Socha. Jeff took us through every step with ease and made it feel almost stress free. ** DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE ** SHAME ON TONY GARCIA My 95 4Runner had an oil leak. I took it in to Michael Toyota, and after 3,000 dollars in repairs I have a truck that still has an oil leak, and now a gas odor so strong in to the cab it is not drivable. The Manager Tony Garcia states there is no smell. Yet the service advisor smelled it and wrote it up. r Beware. Tony Divino Toyota and Toyota Corporation refuse to honor factory warranty on a brand-new truck. I purchased a brand-new Toyota Tacoma from Tony Divino Toyota in Ogden, Utah on June 25th, 2021. The buying experience was nice and easy. Gave them 5 stars. Two months later I noticed 3/4" paint defect on the roof of the truck. Clear coat and base paint were gone. I obtained touch up paint from Tony Divino and attempted to remedy it. Do not take your car here for repairs, and be careful buying from this location! They have a rodent infestation problem. Our car was taken there for repairs due to a safety recall. They parked it next to the woods, where most of the vehicles needing work are parked, and rodents chewed the wiring. When we went to pick it up it wasn't driveable. Went in for my included service maintenance - part of the 3 year service contract I received contract when I bought my new car. Was told I would just be getting a tire rotation and inspection, but that my wheels needed to be aligned. I was surprised this wasn't included as when I bought my car I was told I was fully covered for 3 years. My free maintenance ended up costing $150 which I could have done around the block for a third of the price.
