Yes Casey Toyota knows And performs their business well.i,e. I brought my car for a free state Inspection,they did it,washed and vacuumed my car .The Bill 0$.Then I needed some touch up paint for my numbers.I could have it done there for a few hundred dollars,Mr Casey,Grandson of the owner, suggested buying a 15$ touch up paint.He knows his business well,great Customer Service,and has a great sense of humor😷🙄

I was looking for a certified pre-owned car and Mr Ken StCyr went to extraordinary lengths to find a car that fit my needs, even driving me to a second Team location to see what was available there. Once I made a selection he made sure all my concerns were addressed so the car was ready to go when I went back for it. Ken took all the stress out of buying a car. I want to take time to thank Ms. Maryanne Agricola for her helpful, pleasant ability to make any issue I have with my Camry disappear! We have spoken many times over the years and she is always cheerful, optimistic and most importantly: efficient! I hate car shopping but Anthony made this a pleasant experience and I would certainly recommend him to anyone that ask. He is a great car salesman.
DO NOT TRUST AUTONATION TOYOTA CERRITOS! After two day of phone calls about a car, a video call looking at the car, two emails confirming it was reserved for me, a call from the dealership manager saying he looks forward to meeting me tomorrow, AFTER I BUY A ONE WAY PLANE TICKET TO GET THERE, salesman AHMAD ALASSADI texts me at 11pm the evening before I fly down and the text reads “Hi Steven The car is no longer available.” They owe me the cost of my plane ticket!
The worst dealership I've ever been in service department sucks will not ever return to the that location or dealership for any reason I was suggesting anybody thinking about buying or having a vehicle service at that location to reconsider their thoughts. To have a review rating less than 4 that should tell the whole story
