2019 I totaled my car recently and reached out to the location that I bought it from to very warranty and GAP insurance information. I first left 3 voicemails with no return call within a week. I finally called 4 times and was sent to 4 different voicemails. On the 5th call I said that I'd hold for a person to actually pick up the phone. I live in Wichita, KS. I did not complete a purchase at Bob Howard Toyota. After filling out a “Sight unseen appraisal form” and sending a copy of my window sticker, I was given a trade value on my car, assuming it was in the condition I stated. I bought a 2006 Solara here a month and a half ago. The salesman hard-sold the fact that buying a used car from the Toyota Dealership was so much better than just any used car lot. Because Toyota takes care of their cars, and you can feel confident that when buying from them it wasn’t going to break down in a month or two. I have told Pohanka's service dept. about the noise my 2016 trd pro trundra skid plate is making and they act as if I am crazy. I have taken it back 3 times. First time they said it was the tag plate,second time they said it mud flap, third time they said it was antenna. I paid over $55,000 for this truck and is a lot of money for me and my wife and we should not have put up this noise. I would like to recommend Lakeland Toyota.  I felt like I received the royal treatment when I was purchasing my 2017 Toyota 4 Runner, on Tuesday June 20, 2017.  My salesman Joseph Johnson was a 4 Runner expert and went above and beyond to get us into the  4 Runner we wanted at a price/payment that worked for us.
