We contacted the dealership this morning regarding a very specific Venza that they had on their lot. We made an appointment later on in the day and come in only to find out that it was sold. When we got there, Mr. Pierre Castor (the sales person assigned to work with us) tells us that there are other Venzas available on the lot and not to worry. After I made this post the salesman called my personal cell phone from the information he had taken earlier when we test drove the avalanche. He initially started asking me why I made this post, but when I tried to explain the facts behind the claims he began calling me a liar over and over agian. The price advertised for avalanche truck on the lot was $1000.00 more than the price they advertised it for online. The salesman asked me how much I wanted to pay for the vehicle so I pulled up one with the same specs for 2000.00 less than theirs. The manager, whom I never met until we were walking out, tried to say that the other truck I found to price match was In "Canadian miles" which was more miles than the one they were selling. I went into Rivergate Toyota on October 31, 2015 to buy a brand new highlander LE Plus. They said they had a titanium gray 2015 brand new for me at another lot. All I had to do was go ahead and sign the papers to finance it and they would put me in a rental until my car was delivered to the lot. That Monday I called and they said there was a death in the family and that my car had not been delivered yet. On August 5th I went to Sloane Toyota in northeast Philly to look at a Tacoma truck that I had seen on their website. They had sent me an email that morning saying that they had the truck and they included an Internet price. When I walked into their showroom that morning I expected to walk out with a new truck. To all parties that have been scammed by cavender Toyota service dept. File a small Claims suit it's to easy. Our local judges will side in your favor if there is anything that was misleading if you pay a company to fix some thing and they have your money and the issue was not fixed then services were not rendered. Their service personnel work on commision.

I would rate them zero stars if I could. I was insulted when Gary Price practically called me a liar. I had taken my car in for tire rotation before setting out on a long trip. When I left the shop, my car was pulling hard to the right. I took it right back and Gary said they didn't cause it. I told him it wasn't pulling before they worked on it, and now it was.
