I had my car serviced on Monday. The associate who helped me was welcoming and efficient. They had a nice sampling of baked goods and coffee to choose while I waited. I planned on sitting there for at least 3 hours and they were done in 1 hour! Excellent service and love my Toyota!

I went for my regular maintenance for my Prius. The customer service rep. ( forgot his name... sorry, he was tall, blue eyed and young) was amazing. Took me in right away and because I have my little toddler with me he insured me I'll be out soon. In 30 min my car was done. I was impressed. He was friendly, professional and polite. He explained everything what my car will need in the future. I enjoyed free hot cocoa in the waiting room 😀The only thing I would improve is their kids corner. Our salesperson Pape went way above and beyond to secure the vehicle we wanted. Our request had specific mechanical and color requests. The combo was low production and rare. It took a three dealer /car trade to make it happen (one of which was out of state). No second sticker at Toyota of Seattle. Dealership was clean and well staffed. They do need a vending machine with snacks.
