I would get a second opinion at another place if they quote you high pricing for fixing your car. I have it one time they quote me really high and it included a water pump but I went to my local dealership in Tacoma and it didn’t included a water pump so I question if their technician is even good. Very expensive and unnecessary quote of fixing things. There are other dealerships that I trust more in Tacoma and even Everett.
Had a good experience getting routine service for our car. Good communication throughout the service about what they recommended getting done. Recommended a lot but didn't try to oversell us when we decided not to get certain services done. Nice staff and waiting area
