It would be hard to put into words how much I despise going to this place. I only go when I absolutely have to, like today when I went in for a dealer recall, and every time I go there is some issue, some staff person who's given me incorrect information, or something that doesn't go smoothly with my service. Their only aim is to get you to spend more money and I wish they put as much energy into actually providing good service.
I just had service done on my 2021 RAV4 hybrid, and the staff took great care of my needs. They took care of my issues in a timely manner and kept me in the loop of any issues that came up. Thanks again.
