I had an excellent experience with Michael Corfman as my service advisor. He was professional, straightforward, and honest about what my vehicle actually needed. No gimmicks, no pressure — just clear explanations and genuine help. It’s rare to find someone at a dealership who keeps it real and makes you feel taken care of, but Michael did exactly that. Very courageous and prompt customer service! The last service was very quick took Dan hour or so. Had been told it would be a couple of hours. Also appreciate the tire updates that can be downloaded for reference. Very pleased!
