I went for my regular maintenance for my Prius. The customer service rep. ( forgot his name... sorry, he was tall, blue eyed and young) was amazing. Took me in right away and because I have my little toddler with me he insured me I'll be out soon. In 30 min my car was done. I was impressed. He was friendly, professional and polite. He explained everything what my car will need in the future. I enjoyed free hot cocoa in the waiting room 😀The only thing I would improve is their kids corner. Our salesperson Pape went way above and beyond to secure the vehicle we wanted. Our request had specific mechanical and color requests. The combo was low production and rare. It took a three dealer /car trade to make it happen (one of which was out of state). No second sticker at Toyota of Seattle. Dealership was clean and well staffed. They do need a vending machine with snacks.

Despite the poor recommendations I had received regarding Toyota of Seattle from a work colleague, I thought I would give them a chance. Big mistake. I was incredibly disappointed with my experience with Toyota of Seattle on 2017/01/03. I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Following the appointment, I had discovered footage on my dashboard camera that demonstrated #1 a garage door closing on the hood of my car and #2 a mechanic colliding into the front of my vehicle. Toyota of Seattle was very accommodating, and were very friendly and helpful.
Crazy rain flooded into the footwell. BJ was able to get me in quickly, diagnose, and fix the problem that same afternoon. Highly recommend Toyota of Seattle!
