These guys just can't get anything right! Had to wait over 40 minutes for a shuttle, making me late for work, AFTER I'd specifically told them, when making my service appointment the day before, that I'd need a shuttle to my office. Turned out the service advisor, Eric, had never entered the request into the computer. Just had a Prius C serviced. They claimed a minor repair was needed. For a total of 50 minutes work, I was charged $319 in labor alone. During the argument that followed, a service manager even stated "I could've parked the car upstairs for an hour and a half and you wouldn't have noticed". Total scam, and wholly unprofessional.

Sean, I would like to see if I could help explain the charges on your bill. You came in today to get two different services. The first one was a 30,000 mile or 36 months. The labor time on that service per Toyota of America is 1.2 hours totaling $174.oo in labor. The second service you received was the replacement on the PCV valve which has a labor time of 1 hour. Is it weird that I look forward to bringing my car in for service? This place just has it dialed in. It's such a nice facility, and everyone is smooth and efficient and friendly from start to finish--that's saying a lot considering I'm usually dropping off early in the morning before I've even had coffee. My shuttle driver was so kind helping me with my crutches, and Eric Michaels was great to work with. Terrific team there. A++
