RecommendedBronwyn was amazing! She explained everything for my dad and I, and she was very laid back and easy to talk to. We've had bad experiences at dealerships before with the sales people being very pushy so we were a little on edge when we went in. However, Bronwyn was extremely nice and helped me get an awesome deal that I hadn't known about on my own. It's been about a month and I love my new car!

I want to know how we can make an appt weeks ago drop off my car and then get a phone call after the fact the part isn't in!!!! You should have know the night before not at 10:45 2 hrs,later after its drop it off!!!! This is time from our work hours to deal with it!!! Please tell me where we can get the airbag replaced, as it is a matter of safety!!! No excuses you guys should have known! I'm not waiting a year to do this!!! A manager better call back !

First off it took about half a day to schedule an appointment. Took my vehicle in for a starter. Was told didn't need a starter, (which they didn't recommend) but over $ 2,000 worth of other work needed. Settled for brakes, battery and oil change. Now leas than 3 weeks later, was stranded for my vehicle won't start for It NEEDS A STARTER!! Plus when they replaced the battery they didn't even bother to clean metal brackets that connect to the battery so that enough power gets to my vehicle!
