Price was right staff very friendly but was here way longer than I expected to be. Car was picked out loan was approved before we arrived we thought just test drive and if all was as advertised sign and be on way. Seats were dirty so they had to clean car which I would have thought would have already been done as it is a certified used car. We have been here over 3 hours still waiting for papers and car to be cleaned. Don't get me wrong love the car but made it very clear that I didn't want to spend all afternoon here.

Don't buy from Eric Burk
Don't use these guys. They hard sold me on a $160 up-charge just to tell me I needed a new gas cap. Any auto parts store will do this for free. Went in for an oil change..left feeling ripped off.

I've been a loyal customer of this dealership for many years. Have brought all of my highly profitable service business to them for many years. Went to buy a new car this week. Landed on the car, agreed on the price with the sales person. Went to buy it and surprise, car has a different feature set. Now they want me to pay more for the car. So frustrating!
