I had an amazing experience buying my car from ToS. Their One Price, no pressure, best for the customer, no commission approach made this the best buying experience I have ever had! Everyone was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. There was no shady playing with the numbers, no pressure, and I felt like I was getting an honest and straightforward deal that was tailored to what I asked them to provide me. While any of the sales people are great, Johnny Velasco was my sales person. I send anyone who asks me directly yo him!

I am 32 years old and have owned over 40 vehicles. This was HANDS DOWN, the easiest purchase experience I have ever had. I attribute the ease of the transaction to Jerelyn! She was amazing!!! seriously though, her communication was incredible and I feel she deserves a promotion!

These guys just can't get anything right! Had to wait over 40 minutes for a shuttle, making me late for work, AFTER I'd specifically told them, when making my service appointment the day before, that I'd need a shuttle to my office. Turned out the service advisor, Eric, had never entered the request into the computer. Just had a Prius C serviced. They claimed a minor repair was needed. For a total of 50 minutes work, I was charged $319 in labor alone. During the argument that followed, a service manager even stated "I could've parked the car upstairs for an hour and a half and you wouldn't have noticed". Total scam, and wholly unprofessional.

Sean, I would like to see if I could help explain the charges on your bill. You came in today to get two different services. The first one was a 30,000 mile or 36 months. The labor time on that service per Toyota of America is 1.2 hours totaling $174.oo in labor. The second service you received was the replacement on the PCV valve which has a labor time of 1 hour.
