Asked me about my income and straight up asked me if I sell drugs solely based off the fact Im 20 and bought a **** with no co sign or credit.
My husband and I purchased a 2015 **** F150 back in June of 2023 with ****** miles. This is a pleasure vehicle for us we don't drive it often at all. We actuallly purchased a different vehicle from Toyota of Rock Hill. But yes, they did contact us.
I have concerns that this location sells services that are not needed and have questionable business practices. On 9.1.23 (mileage ******) I went to Toyota Rock Hill b/c front brakes were squeaking. I arrived at 8:00. By 10;00 am I had no communication. I questioned the length of time this was taking with an appointment. The advisor went back and ONE MINUTE LATER I saw a tech run out and get my car, followed by the service advisor apologizing for the delay and advising I would need front brakes and rotor. I did not purchase a car from them but my interaction was very positive. Dealer employee were helpful and I had complete faith that whatever car I would have bought from them would have been a quality car.

Rock Hill Toyota responded instantly to my request for info regarding a truck. All questions where answered and appt was set quickly. At the dealer staff was extremely friendly and i did not feel pressured from salesman to make a purchase. Doing business was a pleasurable experience.
