I told the salesman (*****) from Toyota of Rock Hill that I was in the final status of a credit overhaul and asked him to be sensitive with my credit not to hard pull if it wasn't necessary. He told me that the car I was looking at was already sold..so he offered more suggestions. I told him that if I had to choose out of the selection that I would choose a white car. Very nice to work worth
If I could give a zero I would. CONSUMERS BE WARNED!! If you purchase a new car from Toyota of Rock Hill thier policy is you will have to use thier financing company, purchase floor mats, and the Resistall 360 product at your expense. The Resistall 360 is $879.00 and floor mats are $425.00 could be more depending on the car. Consumers should not be forced to buy these products and services. This should be optional because it is at the Consumers expense
My service appointment was schedule for 7:45. As I was running late, I called the Toyota of Rock Hill service department at 7:55 to ensure they would still be able to service my vehicle. A female associate told me they would still be able to perform the services requested. I provided her my name and let her know my ETA. I had to call to get the service I needed to purchase vehicle. They eventually never called me back to finalize car purchase and sold to someone else. No help from Tom or Matthew.

Very slow communications with the sales representatives, non responsive and didn’t answer my questions. Ended up calling the general manager directly. Did not buy the car due the absurd $800 interior/exterior “protection plan” - planned to make a 3-hour drive but they lost the sale over it.
