The car looked in excellent condition in the pictures online. The sales rep that contacted me also was stating it was in great condition no issues. They sent me some paperwork to sign and start the process. I first asked for recent/new pictures of the car and then I noticed the car had accident damage on the front that would has cost me several thousand dollars to repair. These guys were on it. I got a response email right away from the salesman but also from the GM himself offering to help me with this vehicle. Thats impressive. I actually had scheduled an appointment with another dealer so if things didn't go through I would have gone to this dealership afterwards, but it worked out that I got the truck I was looking for. But keep up the good work.

I had a terrible experience with them. I reserved that car, got PREQUALIFIED for it, did all arrangements online. I was told online everything was in place to get the car. The next day, I got an email that the car had already been sold. I am still furious!
