We’ve been trying to purchase a truck since last week. The salesman never called back, never text back nor answered our calls after the initial conversation. I worked at a Ford dealership and I can assure you the way this salesman handled this was not what I’d expect. We have pre-approval lined up and gave all information that was needed. If you are going to advertise a price on your website, you should honor it. When I signed in to my account, it came up with a picture of my car or the likes there of, so when it comes to oil, it should have been set to synthetic and I should not have paid more than what was advertised. also, when you schedule an appointment, you expect to be taken care of faster than just someone who just walks in. It should not take over 2 hours for an oil change and 2 filters.
