They performed a tire rotation, that I never asked for mind you; and either lost a center cap to one of my wheels, broke it and threw it away, or improperly installed it so that it came off. Told me they couldn't do anything about it two months later since I didn't notice it (they lost the one on the passenger rear wheel aka the one I was least likely to notice).
