Wow, oh wow ... the Service department has always been the best in the Charlotte Metro area but today I experienced something for the first time (a Truly Remarkable, genuine sales department) that I have ever been privy to ... Sales people recognize sales people ... give the consumer an experience as they sure did give me that today ... Thank You Tom and all my Friends at Toyota of Rock Hill.
Mr. Fox in service was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made the whole experience very pleasant and easy. I’m glad I switched dealerships and will go to this one from now on.

Quick easy efficient conplete
Purchased my 2019 Toyota Camry SE here in May of 2019. The salesman was super professional and I had the best experience with him. Since then I have been using Toyota of Rock Hill to service my car. My dealings with the service department have been miserable. Majority of the staff I have interacted with have been rude and treated me like an idiot. When I voiced my concerns to the service manager he didn’t take the way I felt seriously at all.
