You guys are terrible. Your service center people will let you sit there for an hour with no explanation. You sold me a car way above market price and with a predatory lending company without properly explaining to me the loan. You still owe me a second key for my car and 3 times i have tried to get it, either the guy who does the key was not there, or he was there and didnt have the necessary components to give me a key. My car buying experience at Toyota of Dallas was EXCEPTIONAL! I am a returning customer of Scott Bolin. I looked at 5 other Toyota dealerships in Kansas and Oklahoma, and none of the salesmen or dealerships came close to the dedication, knowledge and professionalism that Scott had in finding the right vehicle for me. Scott’s letter arrived in the mail and 7 days later I had the vehicle that I wanted. I will gladly send my family and friends to Scott and this dealership.

My car buying experience at Toyota of Dallas has to rank right at the top. Having bought some 35 - 40 cars over 50 years and expecting the usual runaround on price and "extras" I need after the sale, I was pleasantly surprised to get the deal done in an hour or so. Both the sales and finance representatives were professional, helpful, friendly, with no BS. I would buy again at this dealer and recommend them to anyone else.

If you purchase a new car, would you expect scratches on the whole body? No, right. I saw the entire car had scratches and I was really upset with the type of service this people gave. The manager started lying and said the color is like this you are expected to get scratches. The sales people are probably liers and do not stand on their word. This is my first car, aI wpuld advise to pay extra and go to another dealership. CHEATERS out here.
Positive experience. Sam and Angie were very thorough and professional. Finance went smoothly, can’t remember her name but she was great. Website was easy to navigate.
