I hate to say but there is virtually a zero percent chance I would go back to this dealer. I've visited several dealers purchasing and owning Toyota over the past 15 years and this has been the worst experience by a significant margin and I would have never felt the need to say that before. Objectively the sales team poorly described or explained features/add ons, behaved exasperated and impatiently with me, and, what I would otherwise write off as an honest mistake, sent me on my way without a temp tag in place. Amazing service, UNTILL AFTER you buy a car. I bought my car and we had agreed that it would come with a certain accessory that would need to be ordered by them. Weeks without an update (I would call twice a week), ended with them saying that they could no longer provide the accessory. After complaining to corporate Toyota this dealership offered cash instead and I accepted but have yet to receive the cash. That was almost six months ago and now no-one will return my calls. I enjoyed Fabio and the customer service I received when making the deal for the vehicle, however once I ended up in the finance department it was a half hour til I was seen, then a sales pitch last ditch effort for the extended warranty package. I said no. The financial manager left the office snd said he would be right back , which took 20 minutes. I sat ready to buy the vehicle.
