Horrible people! Took my car in for service they dented it and won't admit it or fix it. Never buy toyota again!
Not Happy at all! Salesperson Jean Carlos Perez calls me 5x back to back and gets me in trouble with clients and this behaviour is supported by management! I thought this place was top notch, but WRONG!! Scared to see how service department is after reading comments. My wife's 750,000 Twitter followers are going to hear about this. Ask me for a 10 on survey after this ??? Meh!

Amiee and a couple of the other finance ladies were incredible to work with. She was very efficient with explaining the paperwork process and I loved the personalized follow-up email. Cassie did a great job at making sure everything was prompt after Amiee had left and she even went the extra mile to see that all of my standards were met. Rose was incredible as well; she stepped in and put in my mats in my new car. I can't say enough good things about them. These ladies are a true asset to this company.
