I leased my first car 3 years ago from Toyota and now it is time to turn in the car. I went back to this dealership because of the expertise, honesty I knew I would get! Hats off to Joanna Hatch for her expertise in finalizing the deal putting all the paperwork in order! A very smooth transition.

Deceptive, greedy, unprofessional and the cowardly finance manager did not have the gonads to tell us face to face. I would not send my worst enemy to this dealership. Disgusting!
