Pushy, rude salesman. We were ready to leave, we thanked him for his time and let him know we would be in touch. Because he couldn't bully us into staying, he reluctantly shook my husband's hand but refused to speak. No thank you. No offer to help in the future. Nothing. His character, or lack thereof, is a reflection of the dealership. We will not be returning.
If there was zero for rating they would definitely have it. Worst customer experience one could imagine. Their all liars that never back up what they promised. Don’t go there.

Buyer beware on the service department. Unethical signing off inspections on my Highlanders Battery during routine service lead to an unepected battery replacement at a cost of $130.00 . Met with Customer relationship Monday. Resulted in the service manager offering a $25 dollar on a future oil change. I rejected the offer. They have since dropped the issue proving they also Will not stand behind mistakes either. Again Buyer beware at Toyota of Clermont Service. I do not recommend. If you want to be treated like a person and not not waste your time, go to Toyota of Orlando. The staff actually cares and they follow up. I usually use their service department, but after the experience I had with both service and sales, I won't be returning. Reed Nisaan on Colonial and Toyota of Orlando, provide a better overall experience. Do NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE BROWN!
Well on 6-25-11 i went to this Toyota dealership and give it a try and from the time i stepped out from the car the first person i spoke with ( i don't remember the name) it was treated like a normal person and i like that he knew all about the truck all the fixtures and everything make me love truck even more and more got to seat with the sales man ( Mike Diaz ) i think i got him a little crazy i wanted all the truck on each color but at the end made my mind for one and he give me the best deal thanks Mike and at the en sea... read more
