I bought a new 2017 Toyota Sienna from this dealership and had a great experience overall. I worked with Max at the time and he was straight forward and worked hard to find the exact van I wanted. Fast forward not even three months later one of the doors on my new van stopped working. Im very unhappy with this dealership. I bought a truck from them febuary 17th 2017, Right away i had problems with the truck so i brought it back the next day, they said their was nothing wrong with the truck. Then the past two months i brought the truck back and it was still doing the same thing. They said they fixed it which they didnt, they only put a transmission mount on which wasnt the problem, so i brought it back a 3rd time telling them it wasnt fixed. My wife and I found a used 4Runner online and I contacted the dealership through email. I have asked multiple times for a quote on a price as we live in West Palm Beach and would be buying the car outright. I was first told that I needed to come in, three hours each way is a long way to drive without coming to a deal first and I explained this. Terrible experience. Scott was a terrible sales person. Very unfriendly approach. I am ok with not getting to an agreement on price, however, being friendly and warm goes a long way. Not going back there.
I Bought a new car great customer service From sale man Corkey Elkin and Melissa Ragonee
Our sales guy was amazing but when we went and talked numbers the finance guys were disrespectful and rude. Walked out and right back over to Honda.
I went today to get my car service and i will never ever, waste my time or money there again. Firstly they take over an hour to do and oil change and do what they call an inspection, which when i questioned them on the results, their incompetent supervisor decided to try to tell me how i have no brakes, however the same car was able to stop for them to park it and yet i have no brakes but they were marked in good condition on the inspection report.
Customer service was FABULOUS. Natasha ... clone her! She did an amazing job making sure I was comfortable and happy with my purchase. The level of patience that woman has is truly something ... I was a ball lf nerves coming in so I'm clear I had her repeating herself quite a few times with all of my questions. Never once did I feel rushed or pressured to make a decieion. I left with the peace of mind knowing I was going home with exactly what needed.
Bought a 4runner last year they were nice when I gave them a 10k down payment there's nothing with my 4 runner but went to trade in for another they ran my credit they laughed at me in my face basically and said we cannot help you. And pushed be out the door.
