Mark was fantastic in taking me to test drive my Kia and the finance girls Rose and Natasha were awesome in having me sign my life away! We have bought 3 cars so far from them and I'm sure we will be back!
Worse dealership ever. I bought my corolla there in august 2014. A week after a car accident totaled my brand new Ford. I was told by the salesmen that they do not tint windows. That was a lie. Also, seats were not scotch guarded as promised. Stains galore. Even water will stain my seats. The last straw however, was this week. I took my truck in on Mon and still there a week later. 2nd time for the same warranty covered issue but their concern was if they were getting paid by Toyota even after they said they would. Should have been 1 or maybe 2 day job. And another day past with no updates on my truck. Even though the service mgr said it was almost done the next person I spoke to told me the parts were on order?? This is my second interaction with a Toyota dealership's service department and I am disappointed again.

I took my 1996 Toyota Tercel into the dealership to fix an oil leak. The so-called professionals at the dealership said it would be no problem and we can take care of it for you. Dropped it off Monday morning and picked it up Tuesday afternoon. The next morning Wednesday morning I notice the oil leak was not fixed properly. They sell great cars I am skeptical about the service department after my comical interaction today. The guy wanted wanted to smell the bottom of my tire..... What??? I told him I had a nail or something in the tire. I ended up going to discount tire and got it repaired. The sad part I bought my Avalon there 18 months ago
The service if exellent! They will help you find what your looking for and get you out the door and on your way with awesome new ride! I just purchased a new 2017 Tacoma TRD and im more than satisfied with the dealerships friendly staff and speedy Service! I was not excited about taking my car to a Toyota dealer for an oil because of the high cost. Boy was I wrong. Great low cost oil change and they washed my car. Great customer service. I will be back when I am in the area. Thank you Service department.
