I was very impressed @ Toyota of Clermont . Josh the sales specialist was really great even though I was in not such a good mood. He is very pleasant got me to test drive the car. The negotiation was very relaxed no pressure and Rose with the final paperwork was very efficient and got us out In no time. I really was happy with the service and the purchase!!! Definitely recommend.

Took my daughters Camry in Saturday the 21st for its first (5000) mile check. I made an appointment and was advised there was a wait for the free car wash. I said no problem I was leaving the car and call me when ready. When I returned and I received the keys I had to locate the car which had not been washed! When my car is serviced at another dealer its returned to me at the service center check in location. I don't have to search for it. Let's talk about harassment...please stop calling! My husband and I stopped by Toyota when browsing for a new suv and found 1 we liked but unfortunately there were things about the car we didn't like and those couldn't be changed or fixed. This was 2 weeks ago and they call all the time! When we actually answer and tell them to stop calling, they literally hung up on us. We will never step foot on their property again. I drove 4 different vehicles until I decided on the Camry XSE! Nester was very knowledgeable about Toyota products and a pure joy to work with! Chad, James in sales finance worked diligently to get my payment where I needed it for the car I fell in love with!
