I want to make it very clear that I am not reacting irrationally and I have given Escondido Toyota every opportunity to make my experience right over several weeks. Most people dont understand how car salesman work, as i read these reviews. Awful customer service, does not keep their word, over all bad first time car buying experience
Worse service every and the warranty is a joke. They treat you like an idiot after you purchase a $30k car. The service from the beginning seemed fraud and yes - 1 year later come to find out...it is. Management Service won't even help out as they say "sorry, its corporate policy". Carmax was way better service than Toyota of Escondido.
