I went to this dealership to test drive a car, waited for 20 min for a sales person. Finally drove the car ran some numbers . Told the salesman I would be back later that same evening. I called them too ask some more questions about the car. I have been waiting for two days for someone to call me back. I have also reached out to them via email & live chat. I feel like I have put way more effort into buying this car than they are.
Purchased a vehicle 12 20 16 still waiting for it I have been given a million. Excuses as to why I still do not have my vehicle and I'm tired of them the mistake was all the dealership and the safety feature they put on the car that shorted out the system I understand things happen but they knew there was a problem and sold it anyway I cannot and will not recommend this dealership 14 days and still waiting

2 stars is fair according to Facebook. Went in to get my tires rotated. One tire had low air. Tires were rotated and apparently filled. The low light came in again yesterday. Took it in first thing this morning and was told there's a $25 fee to fix a flat. So I took it around the corner to Discount Tire and they said there's a screw in it and it's no longer repairable. My question is, why didn't Toyota discover the screw when they rotated and filled my tires? Now my brand new (6,000 miles) tire is done for and I'm stuck buyi... read more
I give it a 1 because we love Toyota. But the salesman there are awful. And they are a rip off on parts. They wanted to charge us $130 for a new car remote for our 2004 Tacoma. I ordered it on line for $70. Which Toyota would have charged me. But they wanted an extra $60 to program it. I programmed it myself in less that 5 min. Looking at getting another Toyota but will go else where to get it.
Awesome experience this weekend at Toyota of Escondido. Be sure to ask for Chris Marino. He will treat you right. Absolutely love my "new to me" car.
I went there for an oil change and a gift from a friend was taken out of my car. When I told the manager at time, he didn't even try to apologise. I never went back.
