First off, Sid is downright rude. I went in and they "ran numbers" for me on a specific car but I decided to sleep on it before making a final decision. The next day I decided I was ok with what they came up with so I went back to purchase. There were different people there and they told me they had ran numbers on a different vehicle the day before, not the one I wanted, so it wasn't correct. Ryan and Chris in the internet department are awesome. Well staffed and professional dealership, great inventory and service department. Was in our test drive within 10 minutes of arriving and less than 2 hours later was an owner. Cant beat that.
We had a great experience here (a rare comment for a car-buying experience). After a few hours, we decided to purchase a Prius and did so with the help of Roberto. Roberto was helpful, genuine and attentive, and didn't pressure us the way other car salesmen would. He also worked with our budget and stayed pass 10pm until we drove off the lot. Anyone looking to get a car should come here and ask for Roberto!
