They suck big time they stole $1,000 from us and harrased me with phone calls 20 X's daily Julio, Hector and 3 others that work at Toyota of Escondido stressed me out. Made up that the windshield had to be replaced and charged about $1,000. Went to another dealership and wasn't pressured into buying the vehicle that moment at Toyota of Escondido we felt pressured. Do not shop at those dealerships they are thieves!
Escondido Toyota is a complete utter joke. Their service department consistently lies, half asses their work and do not pay attention to anything. I've serviced my car from 10k to 45k, I've requested that they not put my all black car through the wash when servicing my car and THREE times they've put it through the wash stripping the paint of the car and scratching certain areas. Best refinancing experience ever!! Christian Campa and Lee Olague are truly the best!! Work extremely hard to get you the best car loan possible!! Never again will I go anywhere else and I am definitely recommending them to everyone! My interest rate was lowered by 10% and my payment dropped significantly through this amazing refinance! If you're thinking of refinancing, run here don't walk! I promise you will regret it if you don't! I am one extremely happy customer!
I took my car so they could change the dashboard and the next day the car started make a terrible noise. I took it back so they could fix it and they told me they had disconnected a cable by accident. When I went to go pick it up they were giving me the wrong car. This is garbage.
The Service Team at Toyota Escondido were amazing and awesome. Especially David Alvarado's Service team with his caring mechanics. They really cared for me and my family's needs. They fixed my Sienna's problem quickly and efficiently especially during the stressful Holidays when my husband was gone out of town and I really felt alone in dealing with my situation. Spent about 3 hours purchasing our new Rav4 yesterday, I wish we could somehow get a car purchase down to a 30-minute transaction, but nonetheless, shouts out to Brayan who did a terrific job taking care of us and taking a genuine interest in making sure we were satisfied, and to David in Finance who took us over the hoops in settling the deal in record time, and I actually left feeling good about the experience (not the usual sensation one gets when experiencing different car dealerships). Came with my grandma to drop her 2015 Toyota Corolla off for its appointment at 7:30 in the morning and was said it would be ready around 12. They said they would give us a call when it was ready to pick up but they never called us. So we came down to check on the car and waited for about 30 minutes to find out that it had been done for a while now. Really Toyota you can do better. All of the employees seem nice and very helpful. The service is what needs to be improved.
Been there for service several times. Today took a little long, fixing a flat in a tire, 2 hours seems a lot. Coupled with no WiFi on my iPad (my iPhone 6 connected fine). But overall, a VERY customer service organization, VERY low cost to fix the tire, free car wash, etc. An EXCELLENT place for Toyota service.
