Thank you Toyota of Escondido for coming to our rescue and saving our trip to the Safari Wild Animal Park! We got a flat on our way to the park and we rolled our van to Toyota of Escondido. They did a great job fixing our tire and they gave us a ride to the Safari Park and picked us up at the end of the day. Great service! Thank you!

Once again I go into the dealer rushed for time. Good that it only took 1 hr. 45 minutes for oil change and wash. Bad in that I had water spots on the glass and the car that I went home to remove. The passenger side mirror was bent back and straightened it out when I got home. I saw a white scratch on it and seeing that we did not have any findings on the walk, I have to assume that it happened at the shop. Mozie Alcorn, former mechanic now an assistant service manager, made our day...he predicted the cause of our problem and he was right on. He said that an installation (at another Toyota service dealer) of a radiator sensor caused the leak. He worked with the other dealer and resolved the concern without any cost to me. I applaud that the two dealers on collaborating so well together. I recommend Toyota of Orem, Utah in my rating. Thanks...Mozie. We will always ask for you.
