I love the customer service I receive when I bring my car in for service that I drive in from Oceanside. I am confident that my Service Manager, Jessica will take care of everything and explain to me in "English" what my car needs and when. Thanks for all you do Jessica!
I have a lexus and I'm tired of paying ridiculous prices for my routine services so I brought it to Toyota of Escondido and not only was the staff very welcoming and accomodating, but the price was $500 cheaper. Jessica Fischer was very honest and only had the mechanics look at what needed to be done and didn't add any bogus charges! I would recommend Toyota of Escondido to everyone and Go see Jessica in the service department!

I give a 100% recommendation for this dealership. They were so amazing. I contacted them because I was overdue for my first oil change/service appointment. With three small kids in car seats it was extremely difficult to come in and wait for the service to be done. They went out of their way to help me get my service completed and I will never forget their wonderful customer service. Krystal in the service department was so wonderful and helped coordinate everything. Thank you!
Went to pick up my car and was given a slip to speak with a specific service tech; after waiting 10 minutes had to ask where he was and told he was off that day. They were unable to locate my car for an additional 15 minutes, handed us the keys with no one available to explain what they had done to remedy the problem , didn't wash it as they had stated they would and left black foot grease inside the vehicle. Not a good experience.
Bought my new car from James Oconnell at Toyota of Escondido yesterday. It's the first car I have purchased on my own and I'm only 19!! Love the service by James my sales guy and my finance guys were able to get it done Keith,David,Ramon thank you for getting me into the new car of my dreams you guys are amazing. Come by ask for James oconnell and he will get you a deal like he did with mine
