This has got to be by far the best place to get your car serviced! Jose Aguinaldo did a fantastic job suggesting my vehicles needs and just simply said, "Let me take care of it." WOW, check your vehicle real good when you pic it up after service. Took my Tacoma in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, got home to find out one of my lug nuts was missing. Yep, another trip to Escondido from Bonsall. Talked to two service advisors, one a self proclamed asst. manager. Of what i'm not sure. Not one appology from either one. Poor customer service from the service dept.

Garth always makes sure we get the right service. Garth and Patrick are incredibly knowledgeable and can identify potential issues and come up with safe solutions. They keep our Toyota 4 Runner and Tundra running beautifully! We trust their judgement completely when it comes to service and repairs.
Today ,, May 26, 2014. I stopped by to look at tacomas.. Long story short, i am trying to make a deal with didnt have an agreement so the guy told me "are you playing with my time" he was really rude to me it was the stupidest comment ever.. His name is JOSE he wears eyeglasses mid 30's dont talk to this guy.. Sales guy RIGO was super nice
Wes does an excellent job everytime I bring my truck in. I live nearly 45 minutes away and could and should easily go elsewhere, but will not given the excellent service I receive time and time again at Toyota of Escondido. I love my Toyota, and love brining it to this dealership!

Great service experience yesterday with Jessica Fischer. Not only did she give me a great financial deal on service, but they did not recommend services I did not need like other service centers. No pressure what so ever and gave me options based on my budget. Would highly recommend Jessica Fischer as your service rep.
