Very quick to respond to customers , I didn't have an appointment, but because my oil change light came on and another light don't know what it was , anyway Vicky was very helpful and friendly to approach us as we parked our truck . Finished in less than estimated time even got the truck washed... thank you.
Just went there for a maintenance check for my CHR. Service was great always we’ve been going to this dealership for the past 10 years and its always a pleasure coming here.
I was greeted by Ray, who checked on the service that my car needed. He found out I needed an oil change and got right on it. I had a short wait and I was given a complimentary water to drink, which was really nice. I like Toyota of Escondido, they do a great job! �
They gotten my maintenance check in an hour and all tye times i been there i always have to wait hr an a half or 2hrs sometimes but this time i went in n went back out real quick thanks John S. and for that cold water too its too hot !!

Excellent service. The waiting room was very comfortable (good coffee). No surprises with the bill. They even washed the car.
I took my Corolla in for a recall, Patrick helped me w all the paperwork. He called to let me know a few things needed attention so I had him go ahead with them. Patrick was very polite and even like my CD. Go Toyota of Escondido!!
I've been going to toyota escondido for service for a long time and everytime the services are excellent . Today's scheduled service is a super disaster, firstly the parts needed for my fj is not available so I was told to wait so they can process the paperwork to order the needed parts and for me to make a deposit.and also schedule for next service. so I said ok I can wait...I had to wait an one hour and thirty minutes just to expedite the paperwork. this morning was very frustrating day for me I hope this will never happen... read more
