We had an incredible experience through the multi-month process of doing research to making an actual purchase via the internet sales department. I bought a Scion iQ when I was 18 (great purchase you couldn’t tell me nothin 🙄) and had a horrible APR. Attempted to buy a vehicle here on 12/31/17. Trade in value negotiations failed and I wanted to leave. Since I had test driven a vehicle and had my trade in appraised there, Sid had handed off my car keys and registration to the front desk area. I asked him to get my personal effects and he did.
