Excellent Service/Experience Drove about 50 miles out of my way because when making big ticket purchases, customer service means everything to me. Arrived on site and wasn't disappointed. In and out, with top notch customer service. Emily with sales was awesome, and so was Aaron with financing.
Amazing customer service!! When I asked sales manager Scott Messier to find a 2020 4Runner Limited with 3rd row seats and beige interior, he told me it would be a challenge, but he would make it happen. And he did!! 6 weeks later I am the proud owner of a 2020 4Runner. The buying process took less than 2 hours including appraising my trade in. Salesman Lou Winsser was wonderful.
