Avoid this place. I requested information through the app. Nobody responded. So, I go there in person. Some dude wearing a cowboy hat looking like he just came from an Okeechobee rodeo approached me mumbling something. I showed him the CarGurus app listing and he immediately starts in about how the prices shown in the app are all wrong. I'm handed a printout with a price that was $6,000 higher. First off they never got me the info requested. When I called back they said the price is including your trade in AND requires you to finance with them. What a scam to list a price that is totally inaccurate. They listed the price at $22,700 when actually it is $28,700 unless you have a trade in and finance. What else are they hiding?

. I had an appointment set up today, August 2nd 2022, by phone call at about 9 am with Sydney Vernon to see a 2016 Lexus IS300 that you had listed for sale on your website. I was told it was still available and could be shown at 5 pm today. I left my workshift for 3 hours to drive over to Northtown Mazda, only to be told that the car was no longer available and sold the day before. This was a complete waste of my time and gas. Misleading advertised price. Total waste time of time. Car is $6500 more than advertised.

Got two starts because they at least actually answered my email and text messages. The positives ended right there. They list their cars at a good price, so that they show up at the top of search lists...and then add tons of additional charges, including "optional items" like tint, paint protection, etc...that you can't remove - doesn't sound very optional huh? And the cost for these non-options? RIDICULOUS. I won't do business with dealers that cling to this outdated sales tactic. Good riddance.
