Dealer staff was phenomenal, thanks to Wyatt, and Ezekiel! Answered all questions, sent pics and vids of all aspects of this vehicle. They continue to answer questions about our CX-90, even though we opted for a different color car from another dealer. If you need top rate customer service and a very fair deal... call Spreen, ask for Wyatt and or Ezekiel.
I notice the 29 reviews of the same complaint and thought it’s just misinform consumers not aware of additional fees comes with the purchase of a car! Not at all I had multiple conversations especially after making 4 trips to dealer agreeing on a price even after all fees was added taxes and everything even sighing paperback was advised they fix brakes and decided to tag on additional 2,000 bucks. It was a complete waste of time.

I questioned them on the advertised price being $5,000 below market value which is very unusual. No dealer sells that low. Anything too good to be true is NOT true. They dodged the question and wanted me to visit the dealership. I did receive an email stating along the lines of it does not include tax, title etc but my impression is there are add-ons and/or excessive fees. Their lack of transparency made a poor experience.

Spreen contacted me shortly after I reached out, which was great. However, multiple people contacted me via text, email, and phone calls over the next several days. Sometimes I received a call, text, and email within an hour. Some were from the same person and others were from different people. Everyone was always friendly and courteous, but receiving contacts from multiple people was a turnoff.
