Quick and friendly response time but I went with someone else.
Got two starts because they at least actually answered my email and text messages. The positives ended right there. They list their cars at a good price, so that they show up at the top of search lists...and then add tons of additional charges, including "optional items" like tint, paint protection, etc...that you can't remove - doesn't sound very optional huh? And the cost for these non-options? RIDICULOUS. I won't do business with dealers that cling to this outdated sales tactic. Good riddance.

Wow! Greatest experience! Car shopping ever! Great online description of vehicle, with photos, very clean vehicle. We received top dollar for trade in prior to 3 hrs trip to dealership, great communication over phone, and messaging. Very courteous and professional crew run this place!! Thanks! Town North Mazda. Would deal with again!

Dealer reached out to me, salesman Nate did a good job, other staff was horrible with talking trash about customers outside and what they were driving. There is a reason they work used cars.
It took a while to get a response which is ok because maybe they were busy. However, the sales person that responded never answered my questions. I even explained that I would be paying cash and did not need financing, yet I got an automatic application for financing. He emailed me twice and multiple times in both emails I asked the same question and requested the same information. I never heard back from him. They lost a cash sale on this vehicle.
