The salesman who called me put me on hold numerous times while he checked with his manager for basic information he should have already known. (“Let me see if the car is still available.” “Let me see if I can get the keys for a test drive.”) When reminded he had called an out-of-state number, he again checked with his manager, then told me I would need a California address to register the car. When I asked if I could have the car shipped instead of picking it up myself and having to register it twice, he said his dealership ... read more
