Fast response. The vehicle was sold prior to my contact, but the dealership let me know and was looking for others I may be interested in and informing me. They continued to make reasonable contact unit I advised I no longer needed it.

I was given the best price and the most courteous service here. I even received a follow-up email from Bill, my sales guy, asking how things were going with the car. Bill was knowledgeable and personable. I wasn't pushed into buying anything I didn't want or needed. When I buy another car, I may travel all the way down to Carlsbad just to get great honest service. A big thank you to Bob Baker Mazda of Carlsbad!

Car was beautiful except when we tried to lower the top. There was a mechanical problem. Should have been seen prior to my looking at the vehicle.

I think most Mazdas sell themselves, but you still need to buy one. We had a good experience buying a CX-5 with Bob Baker Mazda and Ian Moss, who guided us through the process. I had researched cars and dealers for several weeks before deciding to jump on one from Bob Baker Mazda. I messaged Ian and let him know we had a tight timetable because an appointment back in LA in the afternoon.
