A sales rep contacted me and was GREAT! Very informative, very helpful. I contacted them on a Wednesday and said I wanted to come see the car the next day and more than likely purchase it. Again, the salesperson was great, said he'd be there between 1pm and 2pm when I said I would be up there. Noon Thursday I get a call to confirm the appointment, and I tell them I'm on my way, I'll be there shortly after 1pm. I cannot remember when I have felt that a sales person I cared as much as Donnie about getting me in the right car at the right time. There was absolutely no typical sales pitch or aggression. When I turn in my lease car, this will absolutely be the dealer and sales person I turn to 1st!
