I called the dealer and the guy called me by somebody else’s name I informed him I was not that person and then he said he would call me right back he’s with a customer and that was three days ago. Dealers are just arrogant right now and they think that we need them, they don’t think that this is going to end, this being the chip shortage so they treat people like crap and they don’t move on anything. The salesman who called me put me on hold numerous times while he checked with his manager for basic information he should have already known. (“Let me see if the car is still available.” “Let me see if I can get the keys for a test drive.”) When reminded he had called an out-of-state number, he again checked with his manager, then told me I would need a California address to register the car.
