I corresponded with Carlos Gonzalez and Abby Cook. Both were extremely professional and helpful. I ended up purchasing from a different dealership but primarily because of the proximity to me. I have no doubt buying from Southern Palms Mazda would have been a positive experience.

very nice dealership and sales guy was very welcoming
dealer was not honest upfront in their disclaimer. The current advertised price was subject to an additional $2499 for a so-called MADE UP LIFT, when asked why? the sales manager replied if i advertise a higher price i won't show up to see the car which fall into the false advertisement, would not negotiate, could not keep a straight face no eyes contact came back with no counter offer all lead to an untrusted experience, but the saleswoman ABBY was great the sales manager DAN not so good
