RecommendedI've been to this Urgent Care before it's a little out of the way from me but it's worth the drive the care is always prompt on point I would highly recommend it they talk you through every step and explain exactly what they're going to do and ask plenty of questions there's never a long wait my issues have been resolved thank you
I have had 2 occasions to go to Total Access Urgent Care (I specifically went to the one on Manchester because someone else in my family went there and had a positive experience). They have been great each time I went. Very friendly staff all around, and it's so much quicker and more convenient than going to the emergency room. They are very thorough and professional. I like the fact that CT scan, x-rays and lab work are all available on site. I highly recommend them!
Have been using this facility ever since I lost my insurance some years ago, probably been in there over a dozen times for various issues. The prices are incredibly fair and the service received is as good if not better than most of my past E.R. visits. The staff is professional, helpful and caring. There are other clinics closer to home but I wouldn't even consider them. My thanks to the staff for all of the care that you have provided me.

First trip to Total access and it was great. staff was friendly and caring. It was busy but they were able to get me right in and out within an hour.
This morning was my first visit to Total Access Urgent Care in Rock Hill. The moment I walked in the door, I received top notch care from the entire staff. Everyone was so friendly and professional, taking the time to ensure I was at all times comfortable. The doctor did a thorough examination of my knee, ordered X-rays and patiently explained the results/recommended treatment.
